Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, and equivalent international carriers. We prioritize air express delivery regardless of your location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends may ship the following Monday. During major holidays, allow 2-3 additional days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from your account page under Order Details.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If your address is incorrect, contact us at nesteen.connection@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
